Plastic seems to be ubiquitous – wrapped around the products we buy and the food we eat, on the side of the road and in our waterways. What is the toll of all this plastic and what can we do to lessen the impact? This Science on a Sphere program will dive into the impact of plastic on the environment and how plastic ends up in the middle of the ocean. After the program, visit the Insidious Plastics exhibit showing in NNC’s art galleries (created through the Perspectives program).
